COMMUNITY HIGHLIGHTS Ballantrae features 640 acres of "Irish" countryside with 35 acres of lakes, 62 acres of public and neighborhood pocket parks, and paved walking and biking paths. Many people know Ballantrae by its popular waterpark at the entrance and its Dancing Hares statue. DIRECTIONS From I-270 to 161w (toward Marysville), take the Avery Road exit. Turn left (south) onto Avery Road, then right onto Woerner Temple Road. To find our model, stay on Woerner Temple Road until it dead ends at the Golf Club. Turn left onto Eiterman Road. |
