The Mills Family  "We built two homes prior to our current home that we built with Truberry. Because of our experience, we knew exactly what we wanted in a floor plan and found much of those features in Truberry’s Welch plan. With our lot being on the golf course, the beautiful decorative wall of windows in the two-story great room really enables us to take advantage of the view. Our kitchen is also one of my favorite places. It is very elegant. We choose dark stain for the cabinets, which contrasts beautifully with the light and airy great room where we added a wall of built-ins. A favorite of our son’s is the entertainment room in the basement. With its pool table, theater area, and kitchen/refreshment bar, he keeps himself entertained for hours. My husband actually worked with Truberry’s carpenters to design many of the built-ins himself. Truberry gave us great advice on how to rearrange rooms to make the home more livable. We love everything about it."

This home features a large master bedroom suite with a fireplace in the sitting room. On the first floor, the office gives the Mills privacy while they work at home on the business they own together. Off the kitchen and eating area is a screened porch that leads to a patio and pond. The lower level was finished at the time the house was built, and Truberry added numerous built-ins.
