The Lindeman Family "We knew we wanted to someday live in the Deep Run community when we drove through here several years ago. Now that we have the perfect lot overlooking a wooded ravine, we are glad we waited for this phase to open. For us, the biggest selling point of Truberry's Brookside plan was the first floor master. This plan also gave us the best combination of private and open spaces. For example, the kids' bedrooms open onto a loft where they can all play games together. Our kitchen is a little more separated than it is with other floor plans, which I like. It isn't the focal point of the house. We liked the Brookside plan enough that we didn't change too much. We raised the fireplace off the floor to add a hearth around it. We also added a full bath where the bonus room is. The exterior is the more contemporary version of the Brookside because we liked it without the front porch." This home features arched doorways and a dramatic entry staircase.
