Building our home from an existing floor plan helped us to customize the plan to suit our needs. Not only did we make changes to enlarge the floor plan and add a four-car garage, we considered the lot and how we would live in the home, adding a fireplace to the lower level and additional windows on the main floor.

This home features three bedrooms on the main floor and another bedroom suite in the lower level. Next to the downstairs bedroom is a large office that overlooks the ravine. Another office is located just off the home's main entry. The full basement allowed the Johnsons to section off a large portion for storage, but also to include a TV room large enough to hold a game table, as well.
