| Community Involvement | | In addition to an unwavering commitment to quality, the owners of Truberry Group believe strongly in giving back of their time, talent, and monetary resources to people in need. Here is how we have worked with organizations near to our hearts: | | | | In 2007, Truberry Group was the sole recipient of the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio's Community Service Award. | | We participated in the German Village Haus und Garten Tour in mid-2007 by celebrating our renovation of a historic home and donating proceeds of the sale to Columbus Housing Partnership and the German Village Society | | Truberry Group received national publicity when it was chosen to build the Lowe's/HGTV Show Home. | | We were the only builder ever selected to build the Parade of Homes Foundation House for three different Parades. After selling the Foundation House, the proceeds from the sale are contributed to the BIA Foundation Fund. | | For nearly two decades, Truberry Group has been a major contributor to the Firefighters4Kids toy drive. Each year, we collect nearly 1,000 gifts from our friends, homeowners, vendors, and the public and make sure those gifts go to homes where there is great need. | | We have worked with the OSU School of Architecture and NBC4 to build a home that was designed online through voting by NBC4 viewers. It was a fun project, with proceeds from the sale of the home going to Columbus Housing Partnership. Along the way, we met some talented students at the School of Architecture, worked with them on home designs, displayed their projects in our Parade of Homes Foundation House, then provided scholarships for the top home designs. | | |  Ron Specht and the Orange Twp. Fire Department joined us in December for our 15th annual even to benefit Firefighters4Kids.  The debut of the German Village newmodeling project allowed us to have a very successful fund raiser for Columbus Housing Partnership. |
